26.07.2022 the prosecutor's office of Novomoskovsk received an appeal from Korolev I.A. about disagreement with the actions of employees of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Novomoskovsk.
Having considered the arguments of the appeal, as well as having studied the verification materials, I come to the following.
17.08.2022 in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tula region, 4 applications were registered by Korolev I.A. on the fact of illegal actions by medical workers (crime reporting book № 5497, 5549, 5500, 5551). Based on the results of consideration of these messages, decisions were made to send the investigation to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Novomoskovsk.
01.09.2022 messages of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tula region No. 5497, 5549, 5500, 5551 were received and registered in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Novomoskovsk No. 17355 of 01.09.2022, 17354 of 01.09.2022, 17352 of 01.09.2022, 17353 from 01.09.2022 respectively.
During the verification of the messages of crime reporting book No. 17353 of 01.09.2022, 17354 of 01.09.2022, 17355 of 01.09.2022 were attached to the message of crime reporting book No. 17352 of 01.09.2022.
According to the results of the inspection in accordance with Articles 144, 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation 04.09.2022, the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Novomoskovsk decided to transfer the message about the crime of crime reporting book No. 17352 from 01.09.2022 on investigation to the investigative department for Novomoskovsk of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tula region, about which the corresponding notification was sent to Korolev I.A..
