As a result of the inspection, it was established that on 06.06.2022, Koroleva O.A. was delivered by an ambulance team to the Novomoskovsk City Clinical Hospital in an extremely serious condition with bodily injuries, but the fact that Koroleva O.A. was admitted to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Novomoskovsk in violation of the current legislation was not properly reported.

Based on the results of consideration of your appeal to the chief physician of the state healthcare institution "Novomoskovsk City Clinical Hospital", an idea was made to eliminate violations of federal legislation.

According to the facts indicated in the statement, the investigator for particularly important cases of the investigative department for the city of Novomoskovsk of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Tula region Kuzmichev I.K. conducted an inspection in accordance with Articles 144, 145 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, according to the results of which on 13.07.2022 a decision was made to refuse to initiate criminal proceedings on the basis of paragraph 1 part 1 of Article 24 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation in due to the absence of a crime event provided for in Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Новомосковск Кузьмичевым И.К. по факту убийства писательницы и ученой Королевой О.А. Материалы проверки состоят из листов, каждый из которых имеет порядковый номер. Согласно правилам ведения документации, каждый лист нумеруется чернилами, в материалах доследственной проверки все листы пронумерованы карандашом, что является нарушением правил ведения документации в Российской Федерации.
