There was simply no time, they could not have done it earlier, so I got acquainted at 21-00 on the evening of August 17 in the presence of Karputin I.D., who would be pouring out like a nightingale, that this was an accident, what would expose himself as a possible organizer. And also a person, who was not aware, that completely different calculations had been hanging out in the public space for more than a week.

It is difficult for me to say, how Karputin I.D., through his Kuzmichev I.K., was going to «cover up» the death of an outstanding person, who, by virtue of their talents, are still somewhat different from ordinary mortals. Although something worked out for him, I still don’t know, what to write in the 2.0 section, dedicated to my sister as an author. But there are no questions to the prosecutor’s office yet. Although no one wrote to them, they most likely learned about the incident from the same Gosteva I.L., after which there was a little horror in the prosecutor’s office and the IC. I was quickly acquainted with, the prosecutor’s office quickly refused, there are no culprits, it just happened that way. There is no offense in the fact, that I was not handed a copy of the resolution back on July 13 (the prosecutor’s office treats the CPC the same, as everyone else), two weeks of waiting is also not a crime.

Then there was an appeal along the route. I did not inform Novomoskovsk again. This is already approximately August 13-17 (and later), from where a pack of CRP from Tula was formed (along the line of the IC, the situation developed separately).

Thus, there are two iterations, when Novomoskovsk was completely unaware, that I had informed Tula and Moscow, in addition, he did not know about the transfer of the issue to the public space. Then it was the end of August, the next appeals along the route, and for the first time I informed Novomoskovsk itself. And it was then, that the appeal to the PC (Public Chamber — further PC) of the Russian Federation was written, about which you asked. This is the response of the prosecutor’s office and again a refusal.

Again, there are no culprits. I am notified (but not for all CRP, even if we count the piece of paper, dated 12.09.22 (No. 25894 for CRP 17824) as the answer for the rest, then this happened later on September 7).

From which it can be concluded, that the failure of deadlines is not considered by the prosecutor’s office of Novomoskovsk as an offense. Moreover, there is no obvious disruption of deadlines anywhere. Tula and the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are to blame for the fact, that the CRP will come in a bundle only on September 1 (as an option — the post office). But the prosecutor’s office also cleaned up for Novomoskovsk department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

This is the fourth iteration, when for the first time Moscow and Tula were not informed. And the result did not disappoint — the decision on the CRP can be expected by the new year (or can’t wait at all). Further, if the Gosteva I.L. intervenes now, there will be a retroactive notification, and another refusal, etc. You recommended me to write to the prosecutor’s office of Novomoskovsk, because it’s faster? It doesn’t work like that at all, there’s no point in writing there. The next refusal will arrive, there are no culprits — and this is only after the AP. And yes, I wrote, here is the result.
