Yesterday somebody called me from the number 84872304951. This is the Tula and city number, allegedly the Investigative Committee for the Tula region. Today, 1.09.22 at 12.28, I called back. And I got through to somebody, who didn’t want to introduce himself, although he said, that he worries me from the regional Investigative committee. I’m already puking from this story, from attempts to «drown out», from the boys recruited by the ad. Therefore, I don’t give a damn, who it was, who called, whether he really works in the Investigative Committee for the Tula region. That’s all! There is a call, there is a number, there is some face, which spoke for 13 minutes 1 second, there is a Yarovaya’s I.A. package, we raise a transcript of a telephone conversation, that the body can receive from the operator. And read, what there said the face from the Tula Investigative Committee, who called from the number 84872304951 at 12.28 1.09.22.

Firstly, that this is not an official document.

And what is it then? It’s just a piece of paper.

The face, who called from Tula, started immediately with a lie. It introduced itself, that already from the regional Investigative department, even offered to come to them in Tula, but with a lie. Because an official document is any piece of paper (even toilet paper), if it has a signature and seal, if it contains official information and is issued in accordance with the established form. We look and see — seals, signatures, graphs, names. This is an official document of an official organization.

Why does the face, who called from Tula, need this lie? Because this official document contains deliberately false information. An accident, fell down the stairs and other lies, that are known (known in advance), which no one hides in their testimony — we did not see, did not hear, we were not standing here. But then why was it necessary to enter information, if there are doubts about it? Because otherwise it would have been necessary to inform the police, and there it is not far from being charged with murder. But, according to the face from Tula, there is nothing like that here, the kids just joked in an official document. Yes, and it is not official, just toilet paper, which means, that it is somehow not from the hand to make an accusation of official forgery (Article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). By the way, we have already seen this in the previous episode. If there is no crime, then there is no hiding of the crime. True, Novomoskovsk was in the main role there, now Tula and the face, who called from the Tula number 84872304951 at 12.28 1.09.22.

It is not clear, when it was formed, but definitely not in the evening of 5.06.22, because then the second step and an accident will not work, but then it is murder. So at another time and in another place. Which one? It’s not for us anymore.

But it’s definitely not Fotteler E.V., he has an alibi, he was near the campfire.

Now everything is reliable, even a video is not required.

Further, the swollen from impunity face from the number 84872304951 at 12.28 1.09.22 said something else. It called from Tula, and the message is clear — an ordinary accident. The fact, that it is stretched with frank difficulty — and that, most importantly, it is stretched.  This, as far as I understand, is the official position of the Investigative department for the Tula region.

Let’s say. Materials, protocols, photos, etc. are freely available. How are you going to hide something with such introductions? From whom?
